Can anyone advise if the following is a actual Holden vin code: "80837TJHT19270M" VTNZ hase this code registered to my car. If it is a code can anyone decipher it for me please.

No, its not in the normal Holden VIN format.
It seems to be made up of a combination of the model code & the chassis number. Maybe some Police or RTA dude made it up, in the distant past.

Correct, 1/2 chassis number & rest is number stamped into firewall!! Just need to convince VTNZ.

Other way around. 1/2 is chassis number, the other half is off the start of the VIN number.
