Hi all I was wondering how to test if a clock works that is not in the car as I dont want to fry it. Can anyone help. Thanks Ron

+ TO + ON A BATTERY............... - TO THE - ON A BATTERY. it will work or not ,if there is no - wire on it then the body of the clock is the earth(-)

a fuse would be a good idea .try useing a fuse on all trials...jim
