while driving in the dark my dash lights and parkers went out , I replaced the 10A fuse to have it blow straight away, nothing had been altered on the car prior, could the parker light relay be shot and causing the fuse to blow ?

Hi, cloudy very much doubt it would be the relay, does the car have a tow bar? the plug not scrapped on a driveway and shorted it?
also check both stop/tail bulbs, after this i think from memory there are plugs in the front kick panel near accelerator unplug these then replace fuse this will help track witch end of the car it is,also check front park light wiringhave seen harness caught under a battery in a falcoongood luck let us know what you find .
