So if my Prem was built 8/1970 in Brisvegas, would it be reasonable to assume my 2/70 steering box would have been the original??

Also, would you expect the master cylinder stamp to read the same month as well, or just somewhere around it??

its a high chance its original, if not does it realy matter, are you going for concorse judging ,if not I dont think someone would exchange it for an older one.

that stuff would be "batch delivery" so somewhere around the date.
