Do I need a push or pull clutch for my HJ?

I am converting a HJ automatic to a M20 4 speed and I am gathering clutch parts at this stage. I need to know whether I am installing a PUSH clutch or a PULL clutch. I dont know what type of clutch the HJ 4 speed manual came standard with. Can anybody help?

Standard for HQ-mid HZ is push, but of you use the right pedals you can use pull (full cable) as well. You cant use a pull clutch on a 6cyl though, only V8 as HQ-mid HZ only have the pivot point for the V8 full cable pedal.

I have a WB ute im wrecking and it has a full cable clutch from memory. Will have to have another look...

WB and late HZ have them, but they wont fit HQ-mid HZ and work properly as the early shells dont have the pivot hole for them.
