Team

I pulled apart my heater so I can give it a freshen up.

I want to get the bits rezinced.

Im a bit stuck. Can anyone tell me how these 2 bits go together. I can't seem to prize them off easily, and I don't want to use too much force in case I brake them.

Help please??

The fan from the fan motor shaft - I got the metal clip off, now can't get the fan off the shaft....

And the crank on the shaft directing air flap thang...

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Jeremy

Jeremy I think you have to remove the metal clip thing, it looks like you stretch it, and use a puller. the nylon stuff looks like it clamps as the metal strip is clamped down.
I do suspect that the nylon will disintegrate very easily so you might be well to leave it alone and just paint the lot. the same with the lever, these are usually diecast rubbish metal that has no strength and cannot be repaired if it does break.
Otherwise find a damaged/useless fan and experiment on that.
