Can anyone tell me what model Monaro had the option of Sports mirrors. I have just got hold of a pair of original sports mirrors and have been told by someone that they can go on my HJ (sure they can but do they belong?). I dont want them if they were not an option for my model. I had a quick look in the "Holden Collection Souvenir Edition" magazine but could only see these sort of mirros on the HZ GTS (page 199) and the Sandman (page 196).
These are black with the A key adjustable hinge and are in verg good knick. I see the repro sets are quite expensive. What price would original sets go for. I do not have the backing plate of the gasket.
Any ideas?

those plastic GTS mirrors are HX HZ only.
HJ should be the standard ones.
