The main change is the location of the upper inner control arm pivots.
If you want RTS on your HQ, you will need to fit a complete subframe from an HZ or WB.
One of the pitfalls of doing this is the change in chassis number. If you fit an HZ subframe, you car 'becomes' an HZ & has to comply with HZ ADRS, including anti-pollution gear.
I'm not sure on the legalities, but if it was mine I would re-stamp your legit HQ chassis number onto the new subframe before fitting.
Dr Terry

I Agree, but I dont see the (big)advantage of the rts front(if already fitted i wouldnt change it thou) as the hq statesman should have power steering and a front sway bar,I think a bigger sway package and some bigger tyres better shocks and springs etc, would be the way to go,but in saying that if the chassis is no good do the changeover. Late HX chassis from a sedan, wagon or statesman will also have the RTS geometry you want. Just look for the front shock location. Centred in the upper control arm is RTS geometry, toward the rear is early. If you are lucky you might find blank rails with no number and can then get a Police number issued.
