any advice wanted, need to replace the pipe that comes out the back of the water pump and goes around the back of the head , its under the exahust manifold, looks like a weeks work, is there a corect procedure for this job? help needed.

If it were me I'd pull the exhaust manifold off, disconnect it from the heater hose on the passenger side, struggle with the bell housing bolt that holds it at the back (from memory it's slotted so the bolt may not have to come right out) then pull it back out of the water pump and jiggle it out.

You will likely be up for a new O ring where it goes into the water pump.
