G'day all. Was wondering if anyone has removed the firewall &"A" pillars on a HZ Van to eliminate the corosion? If so what is the best/most efficient way this can be done. Cheers Lildog

best way to do it is to get another van, simple. its a huge job really

Patience. It can be done but is very time consuming. Drilling out hundreds of spotwelds on a donor car, and cutting all of your rusty panels out.

I would consider another van with less problems,as we wreck suggested.Because either way the tags will have to be removed.If its a "collectable"people seem to get annoyed with this.If its just a van ,get another one.After re-reading I noticed its a sandman,cut all the rust out would be the right way,rebody would be the best way...just my opinion.
