Hi all
I am in the process of replacing my diff and have a question about the fitment of the uni joint into the diff yoke. the bearing caps/cups that fit into the yoke have what looks similar to a circlip on each one that goes about two thirds around the cup. my question is does the gap in the "circlip" go into the yoke or does the gap face forward to allow the U bolts to seat against the cup
thanks
Brian

Circlips into the yolk for best possible alignment.
