why don't my bids register? do I have to have active x or something turned on?

iv spoken with IT john and they have done some digging, everything appears fine on our side of things.
we have even placed a test bid and alls well

it may possibly be your browser or security settings? you mentioned something about your active x, have you tried enabling it since?

I have pretty much always had to enter my bid twice. Usually it works the second time.

I think that there is an old discussion on here about it somewhere.
