remove shocker bolts, jack up car, remove wheels, get assistant to stand on the drum and pull the spring out
with standard springs you might need get a pry bar to pry them off the mounts, a jack handle usally works fine
lowered springs are easy

Loosen the wheel nuts. Jack the car up & support the body on stands under the rear jacking points. Jack up the diff to take the weight off it. Remove the wheels. Undo the bottom shock bolts on each side. Release the handbrake. Lower the jack - lowering the diff down to full droop. If the springs are still too tight to get out, use a length of timber or metal (I have used a star picket before) slid under the car, but above the trailing arm, to press it down enough to release the spring.
The other way is to support under the rear of the lower control arm with the jack, and and remove the bolt holding the arm to the diff, then lower the jack to release it.
