Hi Everyone looking for a little OldHolden help could anyone tell me if hq 308 sedans had a heavyduty gearbox option when sold of a muncie 4spd? like was used in the monaros. any help would be great thanks.

No. The only gearboxes available behind a 308 in a HQ were an M21 (close ratio aussie 4-speed) or a Trimatic. The only sedan that was officially available with an MC7 (Muncie) was a V8 Kingsood with the XW8 option, ie the GTS350 4-door. However I'm confid |
