NO it does not , headlights in different place and guards also differ . Mark.

Unless you're putting on HJ guards, nosecone, bonnet and bumper. If thats the case, then bolt er on.

if you do this the cowl panel line wont match up

Just one qualification. If it is a HJ to HZ 1-tonner radiator support (that isn't a BO6 1-tonner) it will fit a HQ.
