Does anyone know how and where to buy a complete rubber kit for my coupe. Is there anything missing out of them that I need to buy separately

Gary, you can get full rubber kits for your car from most of the traditional Ford spares places. Rare Spares, Ford Muscle parts, etc. The one thing that has to be spot on is the rear window rubber as the stainless trim fits on the rubber before you put

I used Bill Thompsons Auto rubbers here in Vic.


The only issue I have is they stuffed up the front passenger inner door seal when making it. They used a driverside rubber so it doesn't sit right. I'll eventually get two inners from rarespares as th

We are actually in New Zealand but as you know there are more old ford in oz than here which is why we're doing most of our research there.

I have had the same problem with using door rubbers for my HZ from rare spares, they seem to be too big which is causing the door not to shut properly.
Has anyone got the answers?

I have found that the staff at Rare Spares are very helpfull with advice on the fitting of the rubbers. It is sometimes something very simple that we are not doing that is the problem. Givr them a call!

Keep an eye on the Rare Spares site they are about to release a movie on fitting HZ door seals they are the same as GMH as Rare Spares was the supplier to GMH.
You can not get much closer to original than that.
