302 closed chamber heads, Single spings with a dampener (good for up to 5800rpm on a hydraulic camshaft, 120-130lb closed and 330lb open), inlets ports appear to be stock, exhaust ports look like they've had a very slight clean up, Valves are stock 2V, I quickly CC'd the heads the chambers are 60cc no more than 62cc, valvestem seals are good. These do not require a rebuild.
