I picked up a really good HQ bumper today, except it has older yellow paint all over it except for where it has flaked off, and the chrome is good underneath. wht product do i use to remove the paint, but not dull the chrome?

Id blast it with a high pressure gerni/karcher and see how much more comes off, if the chrome is good where the paint has flaked already i reckon most of the paint would come off easy because chrome is a lousy surface to stick paint to.
