Hi I am after an M20 4 speed and shifter to suit a six cylinder. Do not need bell housing and other stuff as I am just converting a three on the tree WB. This box will need to be in good condition so it can be fitted and driven (I will change external seals prior to installation but syncros and bearings etc are to be good). I am in the Ipswich area. Cheers Vanom

I'd just buy a good box with no broken bits and put a kit through it. Even if a box feels really good, normally they still have buggered cluster gears. In that case just bush the cluster and change the bearings, possibly a synchro ring or maybe 1st or 2nd gear. Will last for years behind a 6cyl.

If we all had the same (good) taste, who would buy all the Fords?

Curiosity has me asking how much but reality is telling me that the postage would make it not worth it? My theory is, if it's not f#%$@d why fix it?
