my mum owned a EA for about 10 years (it was 10 years old when she brought it) it turned me off fords for good although, my dad had a XE ute, it was very reliable (other than the door handles!!) i liked that ute, in the end it was the rust in the body that killed it so i'll give it to ya that XD/E/F's were ok, but you can stick your EA's up ya.....

Any decent Toyotas (read with any soul) come from Japan IMO.
Holden built Toyotas were still white goods.
And the Lexcens were hardly the pick of the Commodore gene pool either.
Now an XU1 on the other hand... damn another one I left off my list!!!
