Wheel size(15"GTS or Convo) for HJ coupe

Looking at fitting a set of either 15" GTS wheels or some other aftermarket wheels to my coupe( maybe convo pro). Looking at 15x7" and 15x8".
I want a reasonable size without scrubbing. car is standard height.
Should they be 4" or 41/2" backspacing? What size rear tyre? around 245, 55 or 60 series.
Could also consider modern wheel, say 17" or 18", but don't want rubber band tyres.
Anybody have a suggestion as to what size wheel/tyre would fit the coupe? Thanks

15 x8 with 4.5 back space. run 245 / 60 / 15 tyre.
you should have a bit of room leftover @ this spec incase if a pair of fat mates get in the back.
15 x8 with 4.0 backspace will also work, just but you would need to go down to 235 /60 tyre and no fat mates. |
