I am in the Brisbane area and will be listing my VX V6 supercharged Calais on ebay soon for sale for $10 500. It is a beautiful white with grey leather interior, wood grain dash and totally original. This car is in absolutely faultless condition with only 170.000 Klms on the clock. I have done 90,000 of those and have kept every bit of documentation to complete the cars history. It has just recently had a new steering rack fitted, the power steering pump overhauled, Rocker Cover gaskets replaced (No oil leaks at all) a new air flow meter (updated version) installed, two new tyres fitted (the other two are about 80%) and the front bar and LHS guard resprayed (small dent repaired behind the head light). The paint job of the whole car is perfect with only about three stone chips that I can find and is complemented by the SS spoiler. The car will be sold with a RWC and there is absolutely nothing to do as the documented history will tell you that at every 10,000Ks engine oil and filter are replaced and tyres rotated, 25,000Ks Air cleaner replaced, 50,000Ks All hoses (radiator and Heater) and Thermostat replaced, Spark Plugs replaced, accessory belt and supercharger belt replaced, Transmission flushed and serviced, Diff oil changed, every year cooling system flushed and pressure tested, every two years brake fluid flushed. Brake pads and rotors are all good with a full set of pads supplied for the next change out. This car is one that I do not want to sell and when it was required to make a twin cab ute the family car (needed a bigger vehicle for towing a van and going on holidays) I did not want to sell it and kept it as my own car but unfortunately I run two bikes that get me to work and there is the ute and a smaller cheaper run about so in the last year or so the Calais has done very little with only about two tanks of fuel having been used and with all the new rules I cannot even give it to my 16 year old son when he gets his license because it has the supercharger fitted. As mentioned this is a fantastic motor vehicle that would have to be the best one to my knowledge, there may be cheaper but take a look at mine and can you really compare when you see the condition, the up keep and the documented history. All I will be doing before listing it on ebay is give it its 6 monthly polish and wax but it is probably cleaner then any car that is out there for sale as it is now but if I sell anything I personally like to know that it is 110%. I would say have a look at my feedback for my last two cars sold on ebay (Ford Fairmont Ghia and Holden Rodeo Twin Cab) but when the first people came to look at them they offered me good money so the auction was ended early and no feed back resulted.
