after putting 17 inch weels on my vn did 100kms and now the rear makes scraping noise with a slight clunkin also if i go slow and in reverse it sounds normal. at the same time changing the weels i also changed a rear disc rotor. i pinpointed the noise were the tailshalft meets the diff i think,i was restricted to room tho. it has a solid lsd diff, and super lows. noise started wen i turned off a main road at 80kmh the tyres were scrapin wen i had extra passengers aswell.

I'd say that if you have put super low springs in, you need to get an adjustable panhard rod to realign the rear end.
I have King super low springs in my VN, and apart from using an adjustable panhard, the guards at the top had to be rolled slightly.

Hi Guys.

It's quite common on these models for the rear uni or yoke to foul the muffler in front of the axle, especially when they're lowered.
