What oil is better to put into a Chev 10 bolt, synthetic diff oil or normal LSD diff oil ?

When the rear cover comes off the diff to drain oil, the axle oil doesn't drain out at the same time ?

80W90 is the manufactures spec. LSD oils are thinner.

the axel oil comes out at the same time as when the backing plat comes off, provided its not baffelled (Fiv antonios book - all LJ XU1 housings had axel baffels)

if your paranoid about the old oil, + want to get it all out jack up each side for 5 minutes.
Old holdens brought on the spot, quick decision, cash paid.
