Just need a bit of advice for those that are in the know,myself and a couple of mates want to get a club up and running and I want to find out how you go about how to register it and what is involved.
I would appreciate any help on this.

Contact the "Department of Fair Trading" (in your state). Here's the NSW link: http://www.fairtrading.n...tions/Associations.html
You need to register any club/association with them, and follow the guidlines set out in the paperwork they send you (which you can also download). Your profile says you're in NSW, and I know there's an office in Penrith that you can personally visit to lodge the forms. |
