Hey just got a question, I just rebuilt a xa xb toploader shifter and have dummy assembled it to a toploader on a bench and first and second seem to be straight up and down, to select third and forth you need to move shifter to the right side and move up and down for third and forth, it does seem right, can anyone tell me how their xa xb shifter is?

Yep, Standard H pattern ... with reverse towards the passenger & down - towards the back. Is this what you were after ??
