Was after some feedback and opinions,

I have a HJ premier I'm restoring. Two doors have rust where the door moulds were, near the crease and also underneath where water was trapped.

Do I get them repaired or do I replace them?
Can you still find doors in decent condition and where?

I'm located in Sydney, any help would be appreciated.

Good doors can readily be found, but normally they'll be out West on cars. To buy them near the coast will cost you pretty good money (like $400+ a door). I'd look inland, and at whole cars like some of these:
