We have a heap of VY ,VZ and VE dash clusters for sale on ebay at the moment. These include export models like GTO (USA and UK market). These are brand new units purchased in a bulk lot from the manufacturer. Here's a link

You might want to fix the Monaro cluster ads as there is no such thing as a VY Monaro. That GTO cluster would make a good static display!

There is some confusion with this Byron, as internally Holden does refer to them as VX and VY coupe. I have a set of door trims that have a sticker on them that says either VX or VY coupe. They are instorage so cannot easily check which one. But I found it interesting that they were defined that way.

You may find the box it came in states VY not series II or III.

May be true for spare parts, but the cars were never called VX or VY! People still wrongly call them that though, just like you regularly hear of VN, VT and VX utes.

Yeah, it's a bit confusing for some, the way they've done their model coding.

HSV confuse the issue even further when they classify V2 series II & III as part of the 'Y Series'.

They also include the LWB cars. The WL Statesman & Caprice are part of the 'Z Series' & the WMs are part of the 'E Series'.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
