Hi Glenn
When I lowered my EA I did the back as well as the front. Use decent springs (I used Lovells from memory). While i was there i replaced the dampers, changed the bushes to Nolathane and put in an aftermarket camber kit. At the end of the day it sat nice and even handled better! :)

I used normal spring compressors on my EB when I replaced the front shock absorbers no problem whatsoever.
