maximum trailer weight plus load 2000lbs with trailer brakes or 1100lbs without.
max static trailer weight imposed on the towbar is 150lbs

My HZ manuals gives 500kg with standard bar and no trailer brakes, 900kg with GMP&A bar and trailer brakes or 1800kg with a load levelling ultra heavy duty bar and a driver operated trailer braking system.

Those first 2 weights almost sound a little too over cautious to me. I've towed a tonne no worries without brakes and towed a hydraulic braked car trailer with another HZ on it down a pretty steep mountain with no concerns.
