Cheap at a million bucks. I know of this car and I don't think it was ever a Premier. It was a special build for the head honcho at GMH. Very unique though

Lots of discussions re this car - not one piece of hard evidence to suggest that is was a design prototype for the Premier, but it is certainly a good publicity point!
It does have a lot of the unique parts that eventually found their way onto the production Premier - or available as options for other level models
There is evidence however that it was a "special" one of custom build for GMH - from original plates (allocated to Managing Director at the time)
But that just doesn't sound as exciting as Premier Prototype.....
All in all a very neat car with a host of unique features, but a spade is still a spade. If anyone has concrete evidence that is was built as a prototype Premier - I am sure the world would be grateful for the proof!

On the hunt for EK parts and Accessories for rebuild projects................

The car is still a 5 digit car, just what the first is would be arguable!
