Does anyone know what/who Super JW Sports was/is?

I have recently purchased an EJ and it came with this nice rocker cover.

Im curious as to the origins of the rocker cover.
5 Car Projects, 1 pair of hands, limited budget, 10% knowledge, can do attitude
