Hi guys,
got a new (to me) WB Caprice, and just wondering if anyone can tell me more about my car??
Model: WB 8WT19 (is this a real Caprice?)
Body 593222-A (is this an Adelaide built body?)
Trim 1991-77Y (No idea if trim is original but it is currently Burgandy?)
Paint 1J 032-D (some kind of White?)
Built May 83
I gather that the Engine (L31) is a blue 308 and M40 is a trimatic but what is the diff (G70)?
any help is appreciated, I have no idea with this late model stuff lol

Yes it is a Caprice.
All WB Statesmans were Elizabeth build afaik.
1991 is I think Alabaster (outside colour)
77Y is I think Dark Carmine vinyl/velour
G70 is 2.60:1 |
