Got a couple of these nut and bolts for retaining spare wheels in the boot.

I've been trying to remember, I think the metal wing nut style is HQ while the plastic nut might be out of an HZ I had at one stage.

The plastic nut has a GM logo and what looks like a part no (99455107).

I'll probably use the metal one in my coupe, but anyone know for sure what models used the plastic version?

That plastic one was used in the A9X LX toranas for one ...to fit in the GTS style rims
Possible for the UC as well..

Thanks HV - interesting info.

Guess the shape of it would make sense for the sports wheels. Maybe it was from my HQ, shocking memory!
