308 Head Bolt Sizes

Rank: Member Reputation: Groups: Registered Joined: 27/12/2009(UTC) Posts: 300		I have a box of early 308 Head Bolts. Can somebody advise how many of which length are required per head. Lengths I have are (large) 4&1/4 inch, (medium) 3&5/8 inch and (small) 1&3/4 inch. Thanks

The slightly shorter ones in the outer holes toward the exhaust ports. If it's an early motor than the 2 inner holes will use the really short bolts.
