Just wondering if anyone can recomend a brand of high energy sump
Thats good and reliable, the application would be for a stock to mild motor, street car
Wont be used on the strip.

Has any one used the brand High energy? Are they reliable? I know they can
Be bought at a cheaper price, is worth spending bit more?

Any info on high energy sumps would be great

All I hear about the High energy pans is they leak a fair bit, so the quality in them is not as good as it used to be?
I believe there are better brands around now, maybe ASR? Do you really need a high volume sump for your motor though?
I got one on my ZH and it sits real close to my big swaybar, and having to buy extra oil every service is a pain too.
Just my 2 cents.

How do you find the engine performs? Surely not haveing the crank covered in so much oil would make it throw around better and be enhancement?

From experience ........the cheaper brands seem not to fit as well as the name brands . Seems like they look great but when it comes to alighment of holes and the radius around the bearing ends you need to be really carefull.

IV got an old hi energy. Can't complain at all. Would prefer to see the oil drain on the bottom rather then the back but it does the job
