Without the missing numbers it is near impossible to do properly, but both plates and the body are Dandenong so a good start. Plus the fchassis number and body number are close which is good.

There isn't much there to decode anyway. Obviously a Dandenong build and assembled HK GTS, originally Warwick Yellow (1173) with Parchment and Black trim (18Y).

Pete

Which one do you think is the 307? Or are both originally 307's?

PM me the engine numbers and i'll tell you also if they are not original to the cars.

Something is amiss with the Sydney's car's body and vin numbers. The VIN number should look like the Melbourne car's VIN but be in the form 80737KH5xxxxx. The body number on the big tag should look like 80737KR-0xxxx-H5. I think you've mixed up the numbers on these two to start with and then maybe one too many digits on the body number.
