Following on the success of Loxton in 2006, the old Monaro Special Events Committee reformed and have decided to run the 2014 Monaro Nationals.

This time it will be in the famous Barossa Valley, only 45 mins from Adelaide. A pretty much perfect location.

The website is up and entries are now being accepted.

See the website for all information.

Hopefully this one can be as good, if not better than Loxton.

Haven't heard much discussion about the nationals lately, only 6 days left to enter.
Cut-off is September 15 according to the site.
Where is the show n shine exactly? . . . the Barossa is a large area.

You are correct, only 4 days left to enter.

We currently have around 260 entrants, with just as many 'buddies' coming along for the ride.

Scrutineering will be held at the Tanunda Oval on Friday 17th Oct.
Meet N Greet will be Friday evening at the Nurioopta Football clubrooms at Nurioopta.
Rare Spares Show N Shine on Saturday 18th, at Tanunday Oval.
Saturday evening is a free night. But we have a host of optional activities if you are looking for something to do.
Then up bright and early on Sunday for a cruise out to the Collingrove Hillclimb. We will have 'Monaro Only' designated parking for those people wanting to come and look but not participate. (Only 4 days left to enter the Hillclimb too)
Sunday night will be the Rare Spares Presentation Dinner at the Wolf Blass winery, where we will present all the trophies from the show n shine and Hillclimb
Monday 20th, we will have a wind up rally around the Barossa region, finishing with lunch at a winery ans the presentation of Grand Champion.

Should be an awesome ride.

Hi All.
I was really looking forward to catching up with people I've met previously but health issues for a family member mean I cannot make it. It is regretful however I am looking forward the next Nationals. Hopefully I can keep my fab 327 in good shape til then.

I would like to wish you all the best and hope this Nationals is enjoyed by all.
Regards
Nick Moran.

Yep, This time next week all the cars will be scrutineered and the entrants will be gathering at the Meet N Greet to catch up on the goings on of the last 2 years.

Going to be a blast.
