Chevrolet Statesmans (help Terry B?) Options

The guy reckons that it is a Chevrolet Statesman, has the 350, and Chev badges. I thought the Chevrolet Statesmans were only 72 - 74. Would appreciate some guidance on this. AFAIK they didn't make 350 HJ/HX/HZ Statesmans, even for export. Also, to my knowledge the Chevrolet Constantias & Caprice Classics (they weren't called Chevrolet Statesmans) finished in 1975. I have two road tests on HJ statesmans that mention the 400, one at release and another on the Caprice inearly 76. The later article mentions a Chevrolet they were going to use as

HG Monaros (or their derivative) were built up until about 1973/4 for the SA market.
