All

Noticed this on eBay today: http://www.ebay.com.au/i...h=item20e9157140&_uhb=1

Current bid $13200. Wow! Is this actually restorable or is it just the running gear and tags that someone is after.

Christ I thought mine was expesnive and a basket case when I got it (it looks cheap by comparison). That is a lot of work.

Good thick coat of paint and a good polish. Should come up a treat.

With the entry price so high, and the bidding hysteria on that site some people will bid on anything to get into a Hktg.
Either they know a lot more than us about the real cost, or a lot less.

Or they have a good 6cyl body and will use most of its shell to repair this one.

That is what I meant! Not a real drama to do it, just have to be honest and show before and after photos if it ever gets offered for sale.
