Guys

I have an XW GT diff that has been in one of my HK GTS's for years. It had as far as i'm aware the big finned drums that take the 2.5" shoes. I'm about to put it in another of my HK's, so i'm going to get the axles redrilled to HQ pattern.
I know (I think I know) it is easy to just fit later model Ford rear backing plates (2" shoes) and whack on some HQ rear drums, but I was thinking of using HQ front drums (2.25" shoes). So I need some XA-XB ute/van rear backing plates that used the 57.1mm/2.25" shoes.
Question is, how hard are these to find? I assume they'll just bolt onto the XW 9" housing?
