I've got the same model - except mine is grey plastic where they have red.
It has a little crank handle on the back of the bellhousing to rotate it by hand.
Never would have dreamed of putting a motor onto it, let alone spinning it to 7000......

Low oil level, and/or a lack of oil pressure kills engines, even plastic ones....
