Hi Can any one tell me the correct Height for a Factory V8 Front springs for a HK Bathurst Monaro and the Colour it be finished in Thanks Tom

Tom, are you trying to identify springs that you already have? They normally have the part number stamped on the side of the spring on the closed and ground end.

Tom, the spring for HK81837, the 327 Monaro, is part number 7449997. This same spring is used in 186S GTS when fitted with factory air conditioning, and in 307 GTS. The same spring is also used in HT, and in HG.
It uses 0.665"/16.891mm diameter wire, and has a free length of 10.07"/255.8mm.
The basic colour should be the usual GMH satin black. I've heard so many versions of what other colour paint marks it may or may not have that I can't be certain.
Perhaps someone else can chime in on that portion of your question.
