Looking for a floor shift type 6cyl trimatic to suit ht hg,(cable kick down, shift linkage on lh side would also be interested in a v8 box) [email protected]

You may be better off grabbing a later UC console shift, Commodore or WB console shift trimatic. This will bolt straight in and you'd just have to adapt a kickdown switch to the pedal or linkage.
You'll find a 6cyl HT-HG console shift trimatic will be very hard to find, probably only GTS's today will be your source. Console shift 6cyl outside of GTS are very thin on the ground. As you say it'll be more than likely easier to find a V8 box and swap the pump and bellhousing over. |
