have owned hk monaro for a year which has a getrag 5 speed mated to a 350 chev. problem is getting speedo to work as getrag has magnetic pickup but hk has speedo cable. want to get original speedo to work using getrag box. is this possible? any ideas would be much appreciated. sydney area.

I know a guy that did this conversion into a WB tonner. He bought an electronic speedo gizmo that he grafted into the WB speedo. It also came with a face if I remember correctly. This will be hard to do with a HK speedo. You might have to fit a HT/G dash |
