Do Holden still send build verification letters like they did years ago?

I thought they stopped a long time ago but have just seen a Holden build verification letter in regards to a HQ 72 GTS Monaro.

They can but probably a mistake on every one I see so questionable as to their value. It took me three goes to get one right for the Ewe't.
