In July 71 the long tail lion replaced the short tail line on Holden advertising etc, but the old lion remained on cars until 1974.

My question is:

How often do both lions appear on the same item?

Yellow HQ Parts catalogue, new lion on cover, old lion at the top of each page inside.

Late VR still had the older lion despite the round (as seen on VS) logo being introduced in '94.
Cheers,

The only thing I know of the log tail vs the short had to do with the early Holden's horn button from FX to EH I think it maybe with the blue button one in the FB.
