I bought a pano, comes with 1 piece and 2 piece tail doors
Did these come out as a 1 piece?
Stoked about getting the pano, they are bloody rare

Only the top window and the tailgate.
If an Ambulance or cop van it may have one door swing from the side.

Any one-piece or barn door set-up on the rear of a Holden panel van will have been an aftermarket conversion.

As castellan has said it could have been an Ambulance, Divi van or similar.
