does anyone have any information on fitting VS exec (non-airbag) steering wheel to a VP, have seen photo that suggest this is possible, see following link to site

There is a lot more to it than simply bolting the wheel on.
You are left with a 30-40mm gap between the wheel and the VP shroud, this is defectable, and also will not pass rego inspections.

I have a VS wheel on my VN Calais.
Normal VN shroud is used, but there is a gap (as Mick has said), and I have a black collar that attaches to the back of the steering wheel which I believe originated from a VR 3 spoke steering wheel that covers that gap
