Byron, I came across the details of a 7/71 HG Van in NZ. It had a 202 in it. I don't know where this Van is now as the tags were removed many years ago?

ENGINE NUMBER QL1718 (3300) (Copied from the NZ Ownership Papers)

CHASSIS: 8017098203248 (Copied from the NZ ownership Papers)

1st Tag:
HOLDEN
HG PANEL VAN
AHG45374B
4450lbs
7/71

2nd Tag:
MODEL HG80170A
BODY: 21347B
TRIM: 1821 14A
PAINT: 568 13134

Add these details to your collection Byron.

Thanks Ron

The engines in these are odd, initially they seem to have had GL, GM, GD, GE engines but some have turned up with Q engines. That is the 718th HQ engine number so at a stretch may be correct.

The engine number should be GL not QL. My mistake.
I'll see what I can find out. Where is it now?

I was emailed the details off the tags and ownership papers but am not able to verify who actually has them. Where are you located Liquifaction?

It would be good to reunite the tags and ownership papers with the van if possible
Whoever contacted you must know something?

I think the engine number maybe GL17180.

It was still registered on 14th Feb 2018 as LEE993.
